Hello Neighbours, it seems we are seeing small changes taking place in and around our community, things are starting to spark up again! Some of the local shops and businesses are cautiously getting some regular hours back. Inch by inch, one careful step at a time we are looking forward to getting back to our New Normal!

The Bank of Canada dropped its qualifying rate in the last week of May which reduces the stress test for buyers, it’s a small change but every little bit helps. I am seeing more and more people who are READY to step out, if you are READY or just considering to make a move, I’m happy to do a Virtual Walk-Thru of your home as well we can Zoom in on a virtual meeting to discuss the current market and get the facts, give me a call!
