Have you ever been involved with a dispute or unresolved problem within your strata complex?
Then, you may have heard of the Civil Rights Tribunal. The mandate of the Tribunal is to provide dispute resolution services to the public, and it is not a court. This process facilitates negotiations and is a free and really good resource for conflict resolution.
If you are interested in watching a recent webinar on this topic put on by CHOA, The Condominium Home Owners Association, I highly recommend it. Here’s the replay on YouTube to find out all the juicy info!

Did you know Cloverdale finished in the Top 16 of 192 CBC Metro Vancouver’s Best Neighbourhoods! There certainly is a keenness in the streets of Cloverdale to get back to get back to “normal.”
I am looking forward to the re-opening of the three outdoor patios in front of The Vault Restaurant, the Henry Public House, and the Hawthorne Beer Market and Bistro. The City of Surrey is currently working with the owners to design the decks and patios that will be placed on the side of the road and will be level to the sidewalks to ensure accessibility.
There are plenty of movie scenes on the go including Superman and Lois and Scriptures super hero series. Thankfully with the new production agreements our little town has secured it’s been able to keep the Cloverdale Rodeo & Exhibition site going. The main historic street is working towards a new vision for the Hawthorne Square as well.
Congratulations to our award wining community of Cloverdale, a place we can all call home and be proud of!
